Alice A. Oldham, 89, of Vandalia, died on Thursday, March 28, 2013, at Fayette County Hospital in Vandalia.

Services will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday at Miller Funeral Home in Vandalia, with the Rev. Kent "Pee Wee" Denton officiating. Burial will be in Fairlawn Cemetery in Vandalia. Mrs. Oldham was born on April 27, 1923, in Vandalia, the daughter of Hershel Paul "Pete" and Minnie Engle Kelly. She married Gary Oldham on Nov. 16, 1963, in Vandalia.
She was a retired bookkeeper for Meadow Gold Milk Co. and Oldham Outboard Motors, and was a member of Melrose Chapter-Order of the Eastern Star.
She is survived by her husband; daughter, Sharon and her husband Ronnie Hoover of Brownstown; granddaughter, Robin and her husband Jeff Sturgeon of Patoka; and great-grandson, Joey Sturgeon.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Rex Kelly.
