Charles Bradley "Brad" Kistler, 59, of Brownstown, passed away on Monday, July 4, 2016, at the Fayette County Hospital emergency room in Vandalia.
Services will be held at 10 a.m. on Friday at Hohlt and File Funeral Home in Vandalia, with the Rev. Joe Lawson officiating. Burial will be in German Reform Cemetery in Loogootee. Visitation will be held from 6-8 p.m. on Thursday at the funeral home. Memorials: The family. Online condolences may be expressed at www.hohltandfilefh.com.
Mr. Kistler was born on March 1, 1957, in Vandalia, the son of Charles V. and Carolyn L. (Smith) Kistler.
He worked as an auto glass installation specialist in Mt. Vernon.
He is survived by his mother, of Brownstown; son, Cody Kistler of Brownstown; daughter, Brittany Apke of Edgewood; grandson, Coleman Michael Apke; and sisters, Diana and her husband James Moore of Pocahontas, and Kathy and her husband Dale Hawkins of Mulberry Grove.
He was preceded in death by his father and a son, Cory Kistler.
