Duston W. Conway, 26, of Vandalia, passed away on Tuesday, Aug. 4, 2015.
Services were held at 2 p.m. on Sunday at Christ Tabernacle in Herrick, with Bishop Thomas Suey officiating. Burial was at 2 p.m. on Monday at Bethany Cemetery in Eminence, Mo., with Danny Kile officiating. McCracken-Dean Funeral Home in Pana was in charge of arrangements. Memorials: Newlife Foreign Missions, Missionary to the Phillipine Islands, 143 Sanatorium Road, Mendenhall, Miss. 39114. Mr. Conway was born on Dec. 5, 1988, in Fulton, Mo.; he was the son of Dennis W. Conway and Donna Jean Holmes.
Duston lived in the Herrick and Vandalia areas his entire life. He was a member of Christ Tabernacle in Herrick and was a timber exporter. He enjoyed baseball and was an avid Cardinals fan. He loved people, music and playing his guitar.
He is survived by his daughter, Brylee Conway of Vandalia; father, Dennis W. Conway and his wife Elvira of Vandalia; grandparents, LeeAnn Conway of Vandalia, and D.G. and Marilyn Conway of Herrick; brothers and sisters, Everett Lott of St. Louis, Mo., Robby Lott of Vandalia, Norma Holmes of St. Louis, Mo., William Norman Holms McEvoy of St. Louis and twin brother Dennis W. Conway of Herrick.
He was preceded in death by his mother.
