Edna Mae Branham, 94, of Farmington, Mo., passed away on Friday, Aug. 23, 2013, at Presbyterian Manor in Farmington, Mo.

Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. on Wednesday at Fairlawn Cemetery in Vandalia. Visitation will be held from 6-8 p.m. on Tuesday and from 9-10 a.m. on Wednesday at Miller Funeral Home in Vandalia. Memorials:

Mrs. Branham was born on Dec. 12, 1918, in Brownstown, the daughter of Grover and Lenna Woodburn Morgan. She married Melvin Branham.
She was a licensed practical nurse and served helping others many years at Fayette County Hospital in Vandalia. At the time of her retirement in 1985, she was employed by the Murray Children's Center in Centralia.
She will be sadly missed by her daughter, Lynette and her husband Bob Satterthwaite of Farmington, Mo.; and also by three loving grandchildren, Brian Satterthwaite and his wife Barbara of Wildwood, Mo., Robert and her husband Mark Dudek of Pinckneyville, and Shannon and her husband Matt Beahan of St. Charles, Mo. She also leaves eight great-grandchildren, Lyndsey and Natalie Dudek; Grace, Maria, Kay and Megan Satterthwaite; and Audrey and Owen Beahan, as well as many nieces and nephews, all of whom she loved dearly.
