Kenneth Gail "Gail" Tinker, 75, of Shobonier, died on Thursday, Aug. 1, 2013, at Fayette County Hospital in Vandalia.
Graveside services were held at 11 a.m. on Monday at Fairlawn Cemetery in Vandalia, with the Rev. Doug Wodtka officiating. Friends and family gathered at the cemetery after 10 a.m. on Monday. Mr. Tinker was born on Feb. 11, 1938, in Vandalia, the son of Kenneth Carl and Margaret G. Boggs Tinker. He married Karen A. Lensgraf on Dec. 24, 1957, in Vandalia.
Survivors include sons, Mike Tinker of Shobonier, and Troy Tinker and his wife Mandy of Vandalia; and daughter, Misty and her husband Bruce Henry of Vandalia.
