Larry Corbell, 69, of Denver, Colo., formerly of Vandalia, passed away on Monday, Dec. 26, 2017, in Denver, where he has resided for the past 47 years.

Mr. Corbell was born on Sept. 7, 1947, in Champaign, the youngest son of Barbara and Philip Corbell, and the grandson of Oscar and Agnes Corbell, and Hugo and Juanita Niemann.
He served in the U.S. Air Force and subsequently in the federal government, rising to the position of Executive Officer within the Federal Highway Administration-Western Division. Larry's love of, and pride in, his family gave him his greatest happiness.
He is survived by his daughter, Lisa Pevateaux and son-in-law Chris; grandsons, John David and Chase of Colorado; brother, Terry of Arizona; aunts, Denise Corbell and Marlene (Jane) Goodman; and numerous cousins.
