Dennis Ray Hall Sr., 51, Hodgenville, passed away Sunday, March 31, 2013 at Hardin Memorial Hospital in Elizabethtown.
He was born on March 30, 1962 in Florida. He was employed at The News-Enterprise Newspaper in Elizabethtown and formerly served in the National Guard.
He was preceded in death by: his parents, Franklin Edward Hall Sr. and Patricia Ann Mitchell Hall.
Survivors include: his wife, Beverly J. Hall; two sons, Dennis Hall Jr. (Joni) of Lebanon and Robbie Hall of Springfield; one daughter, Lori Hall of Springfield; several grandchildren; one step-daughter, Bobbi Jo Walker of Upton; two step-sons, Doug Clark (Tabatha) of Newport and Roger Clark of Bardstown; four brothers, Tommy Hall of Florida, Franklin Hall Jr. (Sissy) of St. Francis, David Hall of Louisiana and Richard Hall (Amanda) of Campbellsville; and a special friend, Rheta Ann Vittitow.
Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. Thursday, April 4, 2013 at Mattingly Funeral Home, 195 Holy Cross Road, Loretto, followed by interment in St. Francis of Assisi Cemetery. Rev. R. Joseph Hemmerle officiated.
Pallbearers were Robert Lee Hall, Dennis Ray Hall Jr., Richard Lee Hall, David Hall, Franklin Edward Hall Jr., and Jimmy Mitchell.
Mattingly Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
