Earl Richerson, 89, Lebanon, passed away Wednesday, Jan. 30, 2013 at the Village of Lebanon.

He was born on Sept. 28, 1923 in Taylor County. Richerson was a retired farmer, cattleman, and livestock broker and hauler.
He was preceded in death by: his wife of 64 years, Elizabeth Evelene Brown Richerson; his parents, Willie Ernest and Addie Erma Colvin Richerson; three brothers, Luke, Albert, and Melvin (Dick) Richerson; and a sister, Margaret Nelson.
Survivors include: two sons, Donnie (Sue) Richerson of Lawrenceburg and Garry Earl Richerson of Lebanon; four daughters, Jeanie (Bob) Abell of Calvary, Jan (Lawrence) Thompson, Pat (Johnny) Osborne and Gail (Paul) Mattingly, all of Lebanon; a brother, Les Richerson of Lebanon; 13 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 2 at Bosley Funeral Home, Lebanon, with interment in Old Liberty Cemetery. Rev. J.T. Rafferty officiated.
Active pallbearers were James Corey Thompson, Brian Mudd, Dustin Earl Mattingly, Jason Rogers Nalley, Robert Troy Abell, and Andrew Scott Richerson.
Honorary pallbearers were Emmie Abell, Stephanie Nalley, Donna Richerson, Jessica Cissell, Kim Mudd, Beth Osborne, Kristin Spalding, Christopher Abell, Sherry Payne and Ashley Lamkin.
Bosley Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
