Martin Jude Bradshaw, 47, Calvary, passed away Friday, Dec. 21, 2012 at Spring View Hospital.

He was born May 12, 1965 in Marion County. Bradshaw was an employee of Teledyne Portland Forge.
He was preceded in death by: his father, William Kelly Bradshaw Jr.; and a brother, Dale Gerard Bradshaw.
Survivors include: his wife, Melissa Hughes Bradshaw of Calvary; two daughters, Amelia and Miranda Bradshaw, both of Calvary; his mother, Dorothy Caldwell Bradshaw of Lebanon; three brothers, Rev. Terry L. Bradshaw of Louisville, Scott Bradshaw of Bardstown and Troy Bradshaw of Lebanon; four sisters, Denise Lynette Smith of Springfield, Angela McDonnell of Bardstown, Michaela Nowell of Louisville and Geralyn Osbourn of Taylorsville; and several nieces and nephews.
A funeral Mass was held at 1 p.m. Monday, Dec. 24, at St. Augustine Catholic Church with interment in Holy Name of Mary Church Cemetery. Rev. Terry Bradshaw and Rev. Jack Caldwell officiated.
Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions toward college funds established for his daughters.
Active pallbearers were Mike Caldwell, Monty Bradshaw, Tim Bob Thomas, Joey Smith, Richard 'Ricky' Osbourn, and Gary Leake.
Honorary pallbearers were Bryan Thompson, Gary and George Caldwell, Brent Bland, Ham and Craig Mattingly, and Tony and Craig Leake.
Bosley Funeral Home, Lebanon, was in charge of arrangements.
