Thomas Anthony Clark, 60, Bardstown, died Tuesday, Nov. 19, 2013 at his residence.

He was born on April 16, 1953 to the late Frances Irene Bryan and Joseph Lawrence Clark.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by: two sons, Tony Clark and Nathan Clark; and two brothers, George Clark and David Clark.
Survivors include: his wife, Barbara Mattingly Clark of Bardstown; two sons, Jonathan (Emily) Clark of Louisville and James (Jamie) Mattingly of Bardstown; five brothers, Joseph Clark Jr., Patrick Clark, Cary (Diane) Clark, and Matthew (JoAnna) Clark all of Louisville and John (Gayle) Clark of Wisconsin; two sisters, Linda Clark of Louisville, and Marilyn (David) Clayton of Virginia; three grandchildren, Cain Clark, Aubrey Mattingly and Emma Mattingly; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 23, at Campbell-DeWitt Funeral Home, Lebanon, with burial in Ryder Cemetery. Father Bill Hammer officiated.
Pallbearers were Matt Clark, David Clayton Jr., Cary Clark Jr., Ryan Mattingly, Caleb Thompson, and Carl Childers .
Campbell-DeWitt Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
