Fortson, GA- Billy Lee Dinnell, 56, of Fortson, GA died Sunday, March 20, 2011 at Columbus Hospice House.
Graveside services will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday, March 22, 2011 at Parkhill Cemetery with Reverend Vernon Prather officiating. The family will receive friends after the service according to McMullen Funeral Home 3874 Gentian Blvd. Columbus, GA 31907.
Mr. Dinnell was born August 7, 1954 in Carutherville, MO son of the late Billie Joe and Berta Schrodl Dinnell. He was a Project Manager for Innovative Utilities.
Other than his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Ann Marie Johnson Dinnell, two nephews, Matthew and Mason Dinnell.
Survivors include his two stepdaughters, Heather Mote and Jessica Callaway Cambria both of Columbus, GA, three sisters, Linda Olera of Columbus, GA, Diana Brown and husband, Gary of Phenix City, AL and Robin Dileonardo and husband, Richie of Smith Station, AL, two brothers, Robert Dinnell and wife, Tammy of Wesley Chapel, FL and Tommy Dinnell and wife, Arlene of New Port Richie, FL, grandson, Keaton Stringfellow of Columbus, GA, nieces and nephews, Greg Olera, Lindsay Howard and fiance', Chad Smith, Brandon Brown, Dustin Brown, Chad Dinnell, Danny Dinnell, Luke Dinnell, Taylor Lane, Patrick Dileonardo, John Dileonardo, Hugh Hock and Tina Dwyer, great nieces and nephews, Carson Olera, Bella Dinnell, Lexi Dinnell, Lynlee Dinnell, Brandon Brown, and Julian Campbell.
Flowers will be acccepted but those so desiring may make memorial donations to Columbus Hospice House 7020 Moon Rd. Columbus, GA 31909 www.columbushospice.com.

To the Dinnell family;
Our deepest condolences during this very difficult time. You are all, and will remain in our prayers. Billy was like a real brother to me and has been a great inspiration to my whole family. A man with a very loving heart. Billy, we love and miss you terribly. Although you are no longer here physically, I know that you are with Jesus; therefore spiritually with us all day everyday. We will see each other again. We will always love you. Rest in peace.

Billy will never be forgotten. Our thoughts and prayers are with your family durning your time of loss. He was a great friend and co-worker and a wonderful man. I'm glad we had the pleasure of knowing him while he was with us. He will be missed.
