Nolan has worked tirelessly to improve the quality of life we enjoy in Columbus. He worked with my Dad, J R Allen, on several issues in the Jaycees and played a key role in the Consolidation of our City County Government. I have had the pleasure of getting to know him and working with him since he moved back to Columbus…he picked up where he left off. Nolan was my friend.

My brother, Buddy Rhodes attended Columbus High School with Nolan and later worked with him at Royal Crown. I remember the wonderful things Buddy had to say about Nolan and recall his respect for him. He cherished their friendship. May your family find comfort and peace as you celebrate a life so well lived.
