Columbus, Georgia- Ms. Darnetta F. Champion, 37, of 2602 1st Ave., Columbus, Georgia died February 24, 2013. Memorial Services will be held 11 AM Saturday, March 9, 2013 at Sconiers Funeral Home Chapel, 836 5th Ave., Columbus, GA with Rev. Levon Jakes officiating. There will be no viewing of the remains. Ms. Champion was born July 19, 1975 in Columbus, GA the daughter of the late Rachel Williams Champion and Henry Champion of Columbus, GA; She was a homemaker. Survivors other than her father include, two daughters, Dashanda Champion and Dakota Champion, five sons, Quitin Champion, Aueyair Davidson, Jonathan Collins, Isaac Champion and Malcom Collins all of Columbus, GA; two sisters, Alice Cooke (Harrison) and Ida Williams, one brother, Roy James (Diane), two step sisters, Jacqueline Williams and Aurora Williams, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
