Columbus, GA- SFC Siegfried Stuhn U.S. Army (Ret) of Columbus, GA passed away on Saturday, March 15, 2014 at his residence.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, March 18, 2014 5:30-7:30PM at McMullen Funeral Home, 3874 Gentian Blvd. Columbus, GA 31907. Interment with full military honors will be held 3:00 PM, Friday, March 21, 2014 at Fort Jackson National Cemetery, Columbia, SC.
Mr. Stuhn was born December 15, 1942 in Gummersbach, Germany. He is the son of the late Erwin Stuhn and Paula Schram. A Vietnam veteran, he retired from the U.S. Army after 22 years and then subsequently retired from Muscogee County Prison and the Columbus Consolidated Government in 2006. After his retirement, he continued his passion for target competition shooting with his friends along with close buddy, Lucky, (Yorkshire Terrier).
He is survived by his son and daugher-in-law, LTC Raymond and Michelle Stuhn, and four grandchildren.
