Columbus, GA- Juanita C. Stringfellow, 91, of Columbus, GA died Friday, April 8, 2016 at Brookside Glen.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Monday, April 11, 2016 at the Chapel of McMullen Funeral Home and Crematory 3874 Gentian Blvd. Columbus, GA 31907 with Rev. Mitch Huling officiating. Interment will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends Sunday from 4:00 – 6:00 PM at the funeral home.
Mrs. Stringfellow was born April 8, 1925 in Gadsden, AL daughter of the late Charles H. and Ella Clevanger Nail. She was a homemaker and was a member of Waverly Hall United Methodist Church.
Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Rufus C. Stringfellow, son Carson Stringfellow, grandson Michael Lucas, and great grandchild Keith Smith.
Survivors include her five children, Jane Smith (Maj. Charles) of Columbus, GA, Michael Terry Stringfellow (Beckie) of Prattville, AL, Rebecca S. Wolfe of Cataula, GA, Janet Fowler (Scott) of Manchester, GA and Charlene S. Baker (Jimmy) of Hamilton, GA, three brothers, four sisters, eleven grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
