Oklahoma City , OK- Mr. Smith passed away at the O U Medical Center in Oklahoma City, OK Wednesday, January 9, 2013. He had been a resident of Oklahoma City several years but was originally from the Columbus / Phenix City area. He was manager of a retail store, The Golden Goose Flea Market in Oklahoma City. He is survived by his parents, June Stansell Smith of Lindale GA and Denver D. Smith (Marcia) of Smiths Station AL. One daughter, Amber Theis (Vern) and a son Joshua Smith (Melanie) of Columbus, sisters Debbie Livingston (Keith) of Phenix City and Sharon Smith-Horton (Christopher) of Salem AL, brothers Brad Smith (Damien) of Phoenix AZ and Mark Smith (Laura) of Phenix City, four grandchildren and numerous other relatives. Cremation was performed in Oklahoma City and a celebration of Todd's life for family and friends will be held at the Studio 412 annex of Smiths Station Baptist Church February 2nd at 2:00pm EST.
