Fannie Meeks Pryor October 25, 1925- August 30, 2006 PHENIX CITY, AL— Fannie Meeks Pryor, 80, died Wednesday, August 30, 2006 at Summit Hospital. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, September 2, 2006 at Colonial Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. James Stevens officiating. Interment will follow at Lakeview Memory Gardens, according to Colonial Funeral Home, 613 14th Street, Phenix City, AL. Visitation will be Friday evening from 6 until 8 p.m. at the funeral home. Mrs. Pryor was born October 25, 1925 in Phenix City, AL., daughter of the late Annie Mae Galloway Meeks and Teal Meeks. She was a beloved homemaker and a charter member of Cedar Hills Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles P. Pryor; a brother, Haywood Meeks; a sister, Lucille Gentry; a grandson, Steven L. Pryor, Jr. and a great grandchild, Bailey Brooks. Survivors include her daughters, Nancy Littleton and husband Rick and Judith Ann Ellenburg; sons, Steven L. Pryor, Sr. and wife Patsy and Doug Pryor, all of Phenix City; a sister, Leila Clark of Oklahoma City, OK.; five grandchildren; ten great grandchildren.
