Jack H. Coussons October 1, 1919- March 26, 2007 PHENIX CITY, AL— Jack H. Coussons, 87, of Phenix City, Ala., died Monday, March 26, 2007 at Summit Hospital. Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Thursday, March 29, 2007 at Faith Temple Assembly of God Church with Rev. Emory Evans officiating. Interment will follow in Pine Grove Cemetery, according to Colonial Funeral Home, 613 14th St., Phenix City, AL. Visitation will be this evening from 6 till 8 p.m. at the funeral home. Mr. Coussons was born October 1, 1919 in Phenix City, Ala., son of the late Rosa Lee Harris Coussons and Samuel Thurmon Coussons. He worked at the Muscogee Mills, was a World War II Army Air Force Veteran and was of the Pentecostal faith. He was preceded in death by his sister, Emma Lucille Kittrell. Survivors include nieces and nephews: Bobby Kittrell, Ann Meroney, Jack Kittrell, Carol Culver and Becky Kittrell, all of Phenix City, Ala., and Steve Lett of Smiths Station, Ala; and numerous great nieces and nephews.
