Frances Fletcher Obituary

HARRISVILLE – Franny Bliss Fletcher, born in 1932, died January 25, 2017 in Venice, Florida with her husband, Andy Fletcher, and several family members with her.

Franny had many friends in the Harrisville-Dublin area as well as in Venice, Florida. She had also previously lived in Francestown.

Her survivors include her children, Sarah (Hall) Thomas of Missouri; Lyman Bliss Hall of Wolf Creek, Oregon and Katharine Gavin Hall of Francestown. She also leaves Henry H. Fletcher; Andrew Fletcher III; Robert Fletcher and Phebe Fletcher, along with many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends.

Franny had, at one time, been a columnist for both the Peterborough Transcript and the Monadnock Ledger. Frances B. Hall's column focused on the Francestown community.

A memorial service, Remembering Franny, will be held July 22, 2017 at the Cathedral of the Pines, Rindge at 10:30 a.m. All are welcome.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to the Cathedral of the Pines. 10 Hale Road, Rindge, NH 03461.
