Charlie was born on June 11, 1994, in DeRidder, to Charles "Chipmunk" and Amanda Hollis Emerson, Jr., and was pulled early from this life following a tragic accident on June 19, 2012, in Simpson. He was a member of Oak Forest Baptist Church. Charlie loved all sports, four-wheeler riding, good friends and family. He never met a stranger, never made an enemy. Charlie loved to sing and will be loved and cherished by all.
Left to cherish the many blessed memories Charlie leaves behind will be his parents; twin sister, Whitley Emerson; one brother, Dillin Emerson; a nephew on the way, along with many extended family members and numerous great friends.
The family would like to express their gratitude to all first responders involved for the support provided.
