Not sure what to say?

I just saw "Uncle" Dick's obituary tonight. He was such a pleasure to work with at my father's store -Gibson Hardware - when I was a young boy. Years later, I always made it a made it a point to visit my friend. To this day, I remember his laugh. What a special person he was who touched so many people with his kindness. He will be missed.

Yesterday was one of the hardest days to face without you Dad. Not being able to celebrate the beautiful Father that God has blessed us with, to hug you, to touch you.
Do you know how many times I have dialed your phone number to call you?
I have even dialed your number, when I meant to call someone totally different. I want so badly to see you, to feel your hugs, to kiss your cheek. To tell you how blessed I am to have been blessed by God to have had YOU as my Father.
They...

Not a pill in the world can reach this pain from your loss Dad. I want to run away from it, but there is no where in the world that's far enough to go. I want to hide from this pain, but I can't find a dark enough corner. I will as you have taught me to do, Lean on God and his love to stay strong.
You are the most beautiful, loving, and caring man. I miss you more than words can ever say. I love you Dad. My loving angel from above.

Dearest Richard Love you dearly. I am always with you and never a day passes that I don't think about you. Never forget that I am with you then, now and always. Hopefully we will meet again.

It has been almost 2 weeks since my Beautiful Father passed.
The pain is overwhelming, but I thank God for my Family and loving friends that have helped me in the process of moving on and staying strong.
I am so much like my Dad, and I know he would be doing the same thing. He is watching over us now as our "BEAUTIFUL ANGEL". I love and miss you so much Dad.

John, Patty and Margie,
I know how much you all loved your dad and were so very loyal to him until the very end. I haven't experienced losing my mother or father and cannot even fathom that becoming a reality. However, one day it will and hopefully I can have the same strength I have seen through all of you.

Dad yesterday was the hardest day of my life. We spent the weekend remembering what a wonderful gentle man you were. Lots of people came to pay respect to you and your family. My heart is shattered and my spirit is crushed. I am so thankful you are free now from pain and your body is whole again. For your kids we are required to go on with life, as hard as that will be but that is what you would want. I know the grief will eventually get better but my heart will always have a...
