RANDALL SPENCER

LIMA — Randall "Randy" D. Spencer, 86, passed away February 3, 2014, at 5:15 pm at Lost Creek Care Center.

He was born October 24, 1927 in Hardin County to Owen and Kathryn Emiline Hughes Spencer who preceded him in death. On July 25, 1987 he married Jeannette Drury Barnes who survives in Lima.

Survivors include two Stepsons, Dennis A. (Debbi) Barnes of Lima and Michael W. (Carolyn) Barnes of Harrod, a Stepdaughter, Pamela Sue (Stephen) Moore of Harrod; Eight Step- Grandchildren; Several Step-Great-Grandchildren; two Brothers, Max W. (Helen) Spencer of Lima and Norman F. Spencer of FL; Several nephews and nieces, Norman (Patricia) Spencer II, Ken "Mike" (Lisa) Spencer, Jay (Nancy) Spencer, Katrina (Mark Yoas) Richett, Pat Shaw, and Sabrina Kehres; many great-nephews and nieces.

He was preceded in death by a step-Grandson; a sister, Vivian W. Simmons; and two nephews, Jack Spencer and Willard Shaw.

He was the former owner and operator of Randall Spencer Plumbing and Heating in Lima.

Randy attended Harrod Christian Church, he was a member of BPOE # 54, Eagles # 370, Moose # 199, associate member of the VFW # 1275, he loved winters in Florida and deep sea fishing, boating at Indian Lake, and watching The Ohio State Buckeyes.

Services will begin Friday, February 7 at 11:00 am at Chiles-Laman Funeral & Cremation Services - Eastside Chapel with Rev. Gary Rummel officiating. Burial will follow in Salem Westminster Cemetery.

Friends may call Thursday, February 06 from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Chiles-Laman Funeral & Cremation Services - Eastside Chapel.
