ELIDA — Kenneth E. Bryan, 82, of Coldwater, Mich., formerly of Elida, died at 11:40 p.m. Oct. 20, 1013, at Community Health Center, Coldwater, Mich.

He was born Dec. 9, 1930, in Lima to Harley E. and Nina Hershey Bryan, who preceded him in death. On Dec. 20, 1951, he married Avian Reindel, who died May 14, 2006.

Mr. Bryan retired as an electrician from Ford Motor Co. He was an Air Force veteran of the Korean War. He was a member of the Loyal Order of Moose and American Legion, both in Fremont, Ind. He was an avid fan of the Cincinnati Reds and The Ohio State University Buckeyes. He loved playing bingo and going to the casino.

Survivors include a daughter, Debra (David) Huffer, of Coldwater, Mich.; two sons, Dennis (Monique) Bryan and Darrell (Tammy) Bryan, both of Elida; seven grandchildren, Stacy (Ed) Risner, Jeff (Andrea) Huffer, Angie (Jason) Ramsdail, Chris (Rachel) Bryan, Brittany (Steve) Farley, Nick (Sean) Bryan and Kristin (Jeremiah) Ferguson; five great-grandchildren; a brother, James (Patricia) Bryan, of Delphos; a sister, Mary Newman, of Delphos; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by a brother, Roy (Eva) Bryan; two sisters, Leota (Bruno) Rybicki and Ruby Bryan; and a brother-in-law, Chuck Newman.

Services will begin at 11 a.m. Thursday at Chiles-Laman Funeral & Cremation Services, Shawnee Chapel. Pastor Doug Boquist will officiate. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.

Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday and 10 a.m. until time of services Thursday at the funeral home.
