DANNY STULTZ
LAKEVIEW — Danny A. "Duke" Stultz, 70, passed away at 2:35 p.m. March 28, 2014 at the Heartland of Indian Lake. He was born on March 14, 1944, in Springfield, to Burton & Verna Meeks Stultz, who have preceded him in death. He was previously married to Beverly Snyder Hahn, who survives in Lakeview.
He enjoyed garage sales and flea markets, but will be remembered for his love of collecting clocks. Duke also loved the companionship of his dachshund, Tiffy.
Survivors include a son, Timothy "Bud" & Mary Kopp, of Alger; a daughter, Jody & Craig Hill, of Lakeview; two step-children, Tracy Kopp, of Phoenix, AZ, and Christine & Shane Edwards, of Jewitt; 11 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; brother, Nick Eaton, of Florida; and two sisters, Betty & Pete Hughes, of the Bahamas and Debbie Reedy, of Florida.
He was preceded in death by a step-son, Jack Kopp.
Services will begin at 12 noon, Thursday at CHILES – LAMAN FUNERAL & CREMATION SERVICES, EASTSIDE CHAPEL. Friends may call from 10 a.m. until the time of services Thursday at the funeral home. The family requests that all guests dress casually in Duke's memory. Rev. Rob White will officiate. Interment will be in Memorial Park Cemetery with military rites by the United States Army Honor Guard. Memorial contributions may be made to the Disabled American Veterans.
