PHYLLIS LACKEY
LIMA — Phyllis Hageman Lackey, 88, of Lima, passed away on Friday, October 7, 2016 at Elmcroft of Lima.
She was born on February 10, 1928 in Shelby County, Ohio to Earl and Florence (Anderson) Hageman, who both preceded her in death.
Phyllis enjoyed gardening, playing cards and socializing with her friends.
Surviving are her three sons David (Saundra) Brautigam of Anna, Paul (Cyndi) Brautigam of St. Marys and Keith (Cheryl) Brautigam of Bellefontaine; her two daughters Barbara (Ken) Chorba of Findlay and Karen (Steve) Ott of Botkins; her step-daughter Sue Howell; her eight grandchildren; her six great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her former husbands Wayne Brautigam and Francis Lackey; her step-daughter Sharon Lackey; her brother Donald Hageman; her two sisters Louise Woods and Elsie Pfleeger.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, October 11, 2016 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at CHILES-LAMAN FUNERAL & CREMATION SERVICES, SHAWNEE CHAPEL.
A brief graveside service will be at 1:00 PM on Thursday, October 13, 2016 at Plattesville Cemetery, Sidney. A time of socializing and refreshments will follow at the Center.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Lima Rescue Mission.
