RANDALL KENT
LIMA — Randall Dean Kent, 62, passed away October 15, 2016, at 1:47 pm, at the St. Rita's Medical Center. Randall was born August 23, 1954 in Lima, OH, to Russell "Dean" and Carol Joan (Bowsher) Kent who preceded him in death. On May 17, 2002 he married Debra (Gillfillan) Kent who survives in Lima.
Randall was 1972 graduate of the Ada High School. After high school he had worked at Buckeye Rubber. He then worked at AAA Auto Glass for 28 years as a glass installer. He ended his career as a technician with IAAI until they closed their doors. He loved his best friend, his dog"Dede".
In addition to his wife, Randall is survived by a sister, Vicki (Larry) Cheney of Ada, OH, a step-son, Larry (Robbie) Spees, a step-daughter, Rosie (John) Springsteen, a step-grandson, Larry (Mandy) Spees, a step-granddaughter, Ammy (Eric) Griffin, 4 step-great grandchildren, a niece, a nephew, numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his previous spouse, Patricia Anne Spees.
At his request he will be cremated and there will not be any visitation or services. The family has entrusted the CHILES-LAMAN FUNERAL AND CREMATION SERVICES, EASTSIDE CHAPEL in assisting them with funeral arrangements. Memorial contributions may be made to the donor's choice.
