Michael Lloyd Hauther Obituary
Michael Lloyd Hauther, 48, of Hawk Point, Missouri, passed away on Wednesday, December 26, 2018 at his residence in Hawk Point, Missouri. He was born on March 14, 1970 in St. Louis, Missouri. He was the son of the late Lloyd and Kathryn (Hackler) Hauther. Michael was united in marriage to Heather Craig on January 17, 2001 in Troy, Missouri.
Michael currently worked at Normandy Machine Company in Troy, MO. Michael was talented at playing the guitar and a gifted artist. He enjoyed wood working, making furniture and was currently restoring a 1954 International Truck. Michael was a family man and he took great pride in teaching his daughters to drive. He had a big heart, that loved unconditionally and a quirky sense of humor.
He is survived by his loving wife, Heather Hauther of Hawk Point, MO; two daughters: Jordin and Kali Hauther of Hawk Point, MO; four sisters: Debbie Scott (Tim) of St. Peters, MO, Karen Bretscher (Don) of Troy, MO, Tina Jackson (Tom) of O'Fallon, MO and Michelle Preiss (Norm) of Lake Saint Louis, MO; mother-in-law, Bev Craig of St. Charles, MO; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law: Kim Jackson (Kendall) of St. Charles, MO, Lisa Edison (Eric) of St. Peters, MO, Jeff Craig (Kathy) of St. Charles, MO, Danny Craig (Bridgette) of Warrenton, MO and Jim Bowles of St. Charles, MO; nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, many friends and his adopted family at Normandy Machine Company. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, his parents: Lloyd and Kathryn Hauther and father-in-law, Charlie Craig.
A celebration of life will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 5, 2019 at 58 Hampton Place Court St. Charles, Missouri 63303.
