Our sympathies to Bill and family. We have been fortunate to be neighbors with Bill and Pat for 15 years and they have been kind and good neighbors. When my husband had to work out of state last year, Pat asked me to let her know if I ever needed anything and said that I could come to her for help. It was such a sweet and comforting thing for her to do. Our sympathies to Pat's family for losing such a wonderful lady.

Pat will always have a special place in my heart. I always felt that Adam and I had a special place in her heart. she babysit Adam when he a baby and he always hated leaving her. Just thinking of that makes me smile. Pat was always conscious of her looks such a smart dresser, I admired that about her. She loved her husband and was a proud mother of her children. she had alot of admirable qualites. She will be greatly missed. I know those, like my mother, that have gone before are welcoming her home. We will all be together again one day.

I am glad that i had the honor of meeting Pat and getting to know her some over the 30 years she was my sister Shawna's mother in law. Whenever we talked at a gathering she always focused on her family and how proud she was of each and everyone of them.
She always asked about my son Jared, so one time i told her he was struggling with life and she assured me he would come through it okay. Then she said she knew all her grandchildren would be okay too, that life is hard when we're young. She patted my hand and said,"He will be okay." I felt such relief ! I will never forget that. That was years ago, and she was right. My son did make it through that turbulent time.
I enjoyed talking with her and would always try to sit next to her even if for just a short while.
When i remember her now i see sparkling eyes and that cute little smile.
I look forward to seeing her again someday.
