Edward Medeiros passed away at the age of 84 on December 20, 2013. Edward was born in Lodi to Manuel and Isabel Medeiros on June 9, 1929. He grew up in Stockton in the Roberts Island area and attended Stockton schools. Edward was a hard workingman. He began working as a farmer at a young age and continued to do so for 70 years. He served his country proudly for 2 years in the United States Army serving during the Korean War. On June 2, 1956 Edward married the love of his life, Rory. Together they built their life and had two wonderful children. Edward was an honorary member of the CPSC and an active member of the Lodi Moose Lodge #634. He enjoyed traveling and golfing and especially watching the 49ers play. Edward loved spending time with his family and friends.

Edward was preceded in death by his parents Manuel and Isabel Medeiros, brother Manuel Medeiros, and sister Olivia Medeiros. He leaves behind his loving wife of 57 years, Aurora "Rory" Medeiros, children; Edward "Eddie" (Suzette) Medeiros and Cynthia "Cindy" (Scott) Miller, 5 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Edward will be dearly missed by his friends and Family.
