Millio "Mike" Aloi, of Acampo, passed on to be with the Lord in Heaven on October 24th, 2013.  Mike was born on December 10th, 1925 in Maywood, California. At the age of 17, he served our country by joining the Navy, and often referenced the travels of his youth with his Navy buddies to family and friends. He enjoyed 56 years of marriage with the love of his life Julie. In 1960, Mike and Julie moved to Northern California with their two young children, son Michael and daughter Denise. Mike will be remembered as a dedicated father, husband, and a friend to everyone he met. He enjoyed yardwork, playing cards, bingo at St. Annes, and the occasional jaunt to Jackson-Rancheria.  His laughter and hugs were the life of every party, and he truly lived and instilled his lifelong motto to his children and grandchildren: "Family First."
Mike was preceded in death by his wife Julie (Calcagno), daughter Denise (Sutherland), brother Jim Aloi, and sister Dorothy (Pirruccello). He is survived by his sisters Rena (Ivy), Francis (Mauderer), son Michael (Patty) Aloi, son-in-law Bruce (Darby) Sutherland, granddaughter Shawna (Chad) Kaszer, grandson Clifford (Sarah) Sutherland and three great-grandaughters: Tarynn, Atalya, and Skyla, along with many nieces and nephews.  His life was celebrated at an intimate gathering of family on November 8th.
He will always be remembered and dearly missed.
