Alice Schwartzenberger, 78, passed away Friday, September 28, 2012 in Clovis where she has been residing for the past five years. She had, previously, lived in Lodi for forty-seven years.

Mrs. Schwartzenberger was born September 26, 1934 in Linton, ND. She was a long-time member of St. Anne's Catholic Church and the Lodi Dakota Club where she had served on the board of directors.
She enjoyed flower gardening, especially, growing roses.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Valentine Schwartzenberger; two sisters, Rose Fischer and Tillie Schatz; two brothers, Frank and Sam Fischer and by her parents, Barbara and Mike Fischer.
Survived by three daughters: Patricia Wunsch of Illinois, Diane (Dan) Netz of Clovis, Cindy Schwartzenberger (Billy Meyers) of Sonora; two sons, Jim (Lenna) Schwartzenberger of Lodi, Michael (Sandy) Schwartzenberger of Sacramento.
Grandchildren: Jeffrey Schwartzenberger, Athena Netz, Alicia Netz, Brian Wunsch, Jr., Jennifer Wunsch and Daniel Meyers.
One Great Grandchild, Ethan Wunsch.
Two Sisters: Phyllis Scherr of Lodi and Sally Single of Somerset.
Funeral services will be held Saturday at 11:00am in the chapel of the Donahue Funeral Home, 123 N. School St., Lodi, CA 95240.
Committal will be private at Cherokee Memorial Park Cemetery.
Visitation will be Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm and Saturday 9:00am to 11:00am at the funeral home.
