Dennis Gramm, 58 of Lodi passed away peacefully at his home on February 4, 2013 after a hard battle with cancer. He was born May 31, 1954 in Lodi, CA to George and Adeline Gramm. He spent most of his childhood in Victor, CA as the youngest of 10 kids. Dennis raised his family in the Morada and Lodi areas. In 1982, Dennis and his brother Don, founded Gramm's Cable Const., Inc. After Don retired, Dennis continued the business and it continued to thrive, staying in business for 30 years. Dennis enjoyed hunting, fishing, and working in his yard. He also enjoyed spending time in Hawaii with his wife, & going to concerts.

Dennis is survived by his wife of 35 years, Sue Gramm and his two sons, Jason (Kristen) Gramm and Josh (Shannon) Gramm and his favorite girl, Gretta, his precious dachshund of 13 years. He is also survived by sisters Arlene (Duane) Fode, Dorothy Fode, Betty (Bob) Abernathy, Alice (Wayne) Purdy. Brothers Roger (Ginger) Gramm, Marvin (Liz) Gramm.
He is preceded in death his by parents George and Adeline Gramm, brothers, George Gramm, Jr., Donald Gramm, and Robert "Bob" Gramm.
Committal will be held privately at Cherokee Memorial Park, Lodi.
