Gerald N. Seibel passed on February 14, 2014. He was born the youngest child of eleven, to parents, John K. Seibel and Antonella Olivia (Simmet) Seibel on April 23, 1935 in French Camp, CA.|
Gerald attended local schools until he enlisted into the U.S. Air Force, where he served Honorably from 1952 until 1961. His tours of duty took him to England, Korea, Italy and Spain.
He worked at various jobs including Rockabella Olive in Wallace and Sharp Army Depot in Lathrop.
In his younger years, he loved exploring Goldfield, Nev. and prospecting the deserts with his metal detector. He was a lover of historical reading of native americans to egyptian and biblical history. He also loved military aircraft and could describe many aircraft of World War II and Korea.
Gerald is preceded in death by his brothers, Robert and Lawrence, sisters Mary Smith, Francis Rund and Viola Jones and his parents.
He is survived by by Leora Novak of San Jose, Leoma May of Modesto, Elnora Jean Clay, Edwin Seibel, John and JoAnne Seibel of Lodi. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
