Jack was raised in Richmond, Ca. and resided in Lodi, Ca.
He leaves behind 4 siblings, Jo Ann Conyers, Judy Wilcox, Jerry McIntosh and Jamie McIntosh.
Three nephews and six nieces. Jack never married. Had many friends who cared deeply for him.
He was an avid baseball player and loved the sport. He also loved Music.
Drove truck like his father for many years.
No services. Cremation was his choice.
