Passed away October 14, 2013, at the young age of 47. He fought a courageous fight against an aggressive cancer Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma.|
Lyle was the son of Cloyce & Margaret Fitch, born on May 29, 1966 in Mountain View, Ca. In 1968 the family moved to Lodi, where he grew up and attended local schools. In 1985 he joined the Navy. He trained with the Navy Seebees Battalion, until he was discharged. He volunteered to set up tables at St. Anne's school for bingo on Friday nights, when his mother was employed there. He loved living in Lodi. "Lodi" was tattooed on his arm. He enjoyed attending the Lodi Grape Festival every year. He also enjoyed drawing, painting, online poker, dancing, working in his yard and his dog Duke.
He loved being with his family. He loved to cook holiday meals and have everyone come over. He was a live in care provider to his mother. He was happiest when he worked for Mark Gisler doing home renovations. He was employed with San Joaquin Air for the last six years.
Lyle is survived by his mother Margaret Fitch, sisters Candy (Raymond) Benites, Dona (Ernie) Naves and Kathy Turner all of Lodi. His brothers Cloyce (Cathy) Fitch Jr., of Stockton and Harlan Scott Fitch of Lodi. He will be missed by many nieces and nephews as well as great nieces and nephews. He has numerous aunts, uncles and cousins living in and out of the Lodi area, that will greatly miss him. He will be truly missed by his special friend Brenda Herring.
He is preceded in death by his father Cloyce C. Fitch 1998, nephew Mathew Turner 2009, his grandparents, LeRoy and Lotta Cross and Ethridge Fitch and Rosie Archer.
The family would like to send a special Thank You to Dr. Gill and the oncology team at San Joaquin General Hospital for taking care of Lyle. Kindness, pattience and support to the family.

Graveside Services are set for Friday, November 8th, 2013 at 10am, at Lodi Memorial Cemetary on East Pine Street, Lodi. Celebration of his life will follow at Lodi Moose Lodge 3824 East Woodbridge Rd, Acampo.
