Randall (Randy) T. Tanaka, passed away peacefully in Stockton on January 4, 2013, after a short courageous battle with cancer. Sisters, Sharon and Kart, and brother, Edward, survive him. Randy also had 2 nieces, 4 nephews, 7 great nephews and nieces. Many cousins, aunties, and uncles further survive him. He is pre-deceased by his father, Shigeichi Tanaka and mother, Tsutaye Tanaka.
Randy was born in Lodi and attended Houston School, Lodi High School and San Joaquin Delta College. He loved fishing, camping and shooting skeet and trap. Besides his many hobbies, he was always in company of good friends,
His family extends their heartfelt thanks and deepest gratitude to all the staff at VITAS Hospice and Windsor Hampton Care Center for their dedicated, loving and compassionate care.
Per Randy's wishes, there will be no service.
