Susie Borjon passed away on March 28, 2013 at the age of 61, surrounded by family and close friends.
The Guest Book is expired.
Susie was born on March 8,1952 in Martinez, Ca. Most of her life, and final residence was in Lodi, Ca. She also lived in Stockton for a number of years. From an early age, Susie developed a talent for cooking and baking. She mastered her art at the Cordon Bleu in Paris, France and The Culinary Institute in Napa Valley. Many enjoyed her delicious contributions while dining at the well known Wine & Roses as well as School Street Bistro. On short notice, due to a vendor error, Susie once stayed up all night just a day before a friend's wedding to ensure they had their beautiful wedding cake on time.
Susie enjoyed being outdoors, working in her yard and garden and spending quality time with her grandchildren. Most importantly, Susie loved serving her God, Jehovah, and teaching others about the Bible. On June 13, 1974, Susie dedicated her life through baptism and became part of the Christian Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses. Those who knew Susie could describe her as loving, considerate, selfless, faithful, generous, having firm conviction and integrity, fun and comical.
It is no wonder Susie will be truly missed by the many who have been fortunate to know her along the way.
Susie is preceded in death by her brother Richard Borjon.
She is survived by her five children, eleven grandchildren and two great grandchildren. The family would like to express their deep appreciation to those who were by Susie's side during this difficult time.
A memorial service will be held on April 13, 2013 at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 484 E. Augusta St., Woodbridge, Ca 95258.
