Wanda Lee Shockley, of Lodi, passed away on May 8, 2014, at the age of 75. Wanda (Redfearn) Shockley was born in Ozark, Missouri on June 6, 1938. She came to California in 1941 and the Lodi area since 1975. Wanda worked as a seamstress for 30 years. She enjoyed sewing, gardening, fishing, and reading. Wanda will be missed so very much by her family and friends. She is survived by her mother, Willadean Redfearn, of Orangevale; daughters, Deanna Fay, of Lodi and Donna Neal of Lockeford; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; sister, Connie Misquez; brother, David Jaconetti and sister, Brenda Jaconetti; stepsons, Mark and Sean Shockley; and many nieces and nephews. Wanda was preceded in death by her husband, Stephen Shockley; father, Everett Redfearn; biological mother, Merle Jaconetti; son, Douglas Taylor; and brothers, Don and Larry Redfearn and Mike Jaconetti. Friends are invited to visit Wednesday, May 14, from 2:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. and Thursday from 8:00 a.m. until 12 noon at Lodi Funeral Home. A chapel service will be held Thursday, May 15, at 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home with Pastor Kenny Pearson of Family Life Center of Stockton officiating. Committal will follow at Cherokee Memorial Park. Lodi Funeral Home is assisting the family with the arrangements.
