Mary Taylor, 85, of Lodi, California. Passed away July 17, 2014. Born July 7, 1929, Baltimore, MD. Loving wife of 39 years to Ted Taylor. Survived by her husband, children: Linda Cantero, Susan Stewart, Robert Diaz, Lisa Diaz, Susan Taff, step-children: Ted Taylor, Jr., Donna Cocanour, Jean Taylor, 21 grandchildren and 32 great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by her sons: Guy Harrison and Johnney Harrison. Graduated Alameda High School 1947. Married Vernon Harrison 1948. Graduated Diablo Valley College 1973 with AA and became Licensed Vocational Nurse. Worked at Mt. Diablo Hospital 14 years. Married love of her life, Ted Taylor, 1974. Active member of Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Ongoing church service, incl. missionary, family history, dance director and teacher. Square danced 52 years, member Squarenaders Exhibition Grp. and performed weekly on local TV. Loved to spend time with family, garden, cook, and find bargains. Passionate about her country, troops and veterans. Visitation Wednesday, 9:00am - 10:30am, Relief Society Room. Funeral service Wednesday, July 23rd, 11:00 am, Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 1510 W. Century Blvd., Lodi, CA 95242. Committal at Lodi Memorial Cemetery.
