She was born September 28, 1956 in San Diego, California to June and Jack Eaton. Sandi was a graduate of South Tahoe High School and received an AA degree in early childhood education from Lake Tahoe Community College. She went on to teach kindergarten through third grade at Century Assembly in Lodi. During 2004 in downtown Lodi, she opened the Cabbage Rose, a celebrated home furnishings store which was honored by San Joaquin Magazine as the Most Romantic Store in the County.
She was an avid gardener, enjoyed crafting and painting, and travelled with her husband to the South Pacific, Israel, and Europe. Her greatest joy was praising the Lord in both her work and daily life, as she ministered to all those whose lives she touched.
Sandi is survived by Mike Fallon, her husband of 38 years, and her two sons Patric and Connor, as well as her step children Sean Fallon and Erinn Wich. She was blessed with six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 23 at 1:00pm in Zion Reformed Church, 105 S. Ham Ln. In memory of Sandi Fallon, donations may be sent to Kingdom Provision at 4703 Cherub Way, Tracy, CA 95377.
