Alma Starkey

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. — Alma Gail Starkey, 67, of St. Petersburg, Fla., formerly of Logan, departed this life Mon., Nov. 4, 2013, at her residence with her loving daughter and caretaker, Joyce Starkey, at her side.

Born March 4, 1946, she was a daughter of Dorothy Pritchard of Logan and the late Robert Pritchard. Also preceding her in death was her husband, Jack Starkey, and two brothers, Hurston and Jerry Pritchard.

Additional survivors include two sons, Cletis "Sonny" (Laura) Pritchard of Ohio, and Bobby (Glenda) Starkey of Florida; one more daughter, Crystal Starkey of Logan; two brothers, Cletis (Barb) Pritchard of Logan and Troy (Bobbie) Pritchard of Michigan; two sisters, Barbara Browning and Linda Griffith, both of Logan; many grandchildren, and a host of additional family and friends.

Services will be held at 11 a.m. Mon., Nov. 25, at Church of God of Prophecy on Pine Street with Rev. Elbert Johnson Jr. officiating. Burial will follow at Highland Memory Gardens at Godby.

Visitation will begin around 8 p.m. Sunday at the church.
