Aaron Stollings, 24, of Lenore, W.Va., went home to be with the Lord, after a long battle with cancer on Saturday, October 19, 2013, at Ruby Memorial Hospital, Morgantown, W.Va.
He was born May 1, 1989, at Logan, W.Va. a son of Curtis (Maxine) Stollings and Jerri (Bill) Hensley.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Crystal T. Bevino.
Aaron enjoyed fishing, going to church, spending time with family, playing games, having cookouts, seeing his babies grow everyday and, more than anything, he loved to laugh.
In addition to his parents and step-parents, those left to cherish his memory include his wife Tabitha Stollings of Chapmanville; his two children, Audriona Lexi-Re'nae Stollings Talon Carter Stollings, both of Chapmanville; three sisters, Rhonda Cullison of Seth, W.Va., Sherri Farmer of Logan and Missy Kolivitch of Logan; two step sisters, Becky Vinson of Chapmanville and Barb Nutter of Parkersburg; and three step-brothers, Willie Hensley of Matewan, Jr. Scarberry of Chapmanville and Ricky Scarberry of Indiana.
Services will be held at 12 p.m., Thursday, October 24, 2013, at Freeman Funeral Home, with Rev. Bill Hensley and Rev. Joseph Abraham officiating. Burial will follow at Highland Memory Gardens, Old Logan Road, Pecks Mill, W.Va.
Friends may call Wednesday, October 23, 2013, from 6 - 9 p.m., at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be family and friends.
