WESLEY CRADDOCK
LAKE, W.Va. — Wesley Wayne Craddock, 78 of Lake, departed this life Thurs., April 30, 2015, at his residence.
Born July 1, 1936, in Lake, he was a son of the late Otto and Julia Bias Craddock. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three sisters, Pearlena Ball, Martha Hurley and Christina Adkins, and his father and mother-in-law, William and Gladys Adkins.
Wesley enjoyed being a Pastor of the Lake Holiness Church for 43 years, going to church, helping people, carpentry work and reading the Bible and books. He was a U.S. Air Force veteran, coal miner, welder, airplane mechanic and carpenter.
Those left to cherish his memory include his wife, Mary J. Craddock; one daughter, Greta Evans; one son, Daren Craddock; two brothers, James and Leo Craddock; three grandchildren, Stefanie Dingess, Jenna Evans and Allison Evans, and four great-grandchildren, Alaira Evans, Connor Dingess, Ryland Dingess and Lyla Dingess.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Tues., May 5, at Freeman Funeral Home with W.L. Franklin and Willis Hurley officiating. Burial will follow at Lake Holiness Church Cemetery at Lake.
Visitation will be from noon-2 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be family and friends.
Freeman Funeral Home of Chapmanville is in charge of arrangements.

He was a Man of Faith and was respected by those who knew him . He always cheered other Ministers on and encouraged them. I remember him most for his words "God don't see things the way Man sees things". He sees a Soul!!! And the Soul that sinneth it shall die!! He finished his course.
