JESSE WALLER
ACCOVILLE, W.Va. — Jesse Hopkins Waller, 66, of Accoville, passed away Saturday, October 10, 2015 at Logan Regional Medical Center.
Born November 12, 1948, at Crown, W.Va., he was a son of the late James E. and Mittie Hannibal Waller. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his siblings: Louis, Lucy and Patricia.
Jesse was a graduate of Man High School and a retired journeyman. Jesse accepted Christ at a young age at Mt. Olivet Baptist Church in Braeholm and was a member of the Original Glorious Church of God in Taplin.
Survivors include his loving, devoted wife, Darla Jeffrey Waller; daughters: Jessica Waller and Lynette Singleton of Atlanta, Ga., and Candace Sharp of Braeholm, W.Va.; sons: Devon Waller and Chaz Singleton of Atlanta, and Steven Sharp of Braeholm; godson, Nick Reedy of Man; brother, James F. (Rachael) Waller of San Diego, Calif.; three sisters: Anna (Jimmy) Smith of Broomfield Hills, Mich., and Fannie Waller and Gleandell Waller, both of Braeholm; five grandchildren and a host of loving nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Friday, October 16, at Original Glorious Church of God in Taplin with Elder Leroy V. Shaw officiating. Honoring Jesse's wishes his remains have been cremated.
Visitation will begin one hour prior to services at the church.
