Wilson, Marie A.

Marie A. Wilson (nee Polipko) of Yonkers died on Saturday March 5, 2011 at age 68. Born on April 29, 1942 to Paul and Gertrude (Ferguson) Polipko in Yonkers where she was raised and graduated from Commerce High School. On June 26, 1960, she married Charles E. Wilson in Yonkers. He survives. She is also survived by two daughters, Mariellen (Larry) Van Nostrand of Yonkers and Paula Wilson (Bill McNulty) of Yonkers. She is also survived by her grandson, Lawrence Van Nostrand and three adopted grandchildren, Carla and Iris McNulty and Julie Zwisdak. She was predeceased by her son, Charles Wilson and her sister, Marion Polipko. Visiting Hours will be at Whalen & Ball Funeral Home on Monday March 7th from 2-4 & 7-9 PM. Funeral Service will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday March 8th at 10 AM. Committal service will follow at Ferncliff Crematory.
