CAROLE MORRILL Obituary

Carole Morrill passed away on November 28th, Thanksgiving evening, at her home in Kinderhook, New York. She was being treated for esophageal cancer since March. Born in Chicago in 1932, she was the eldest child of Robert Metzenberg and Eleanor Loeb Metzenberg. She is survived by her husband of 50 years, Richard; three children: Andrew of Dexter, MI, Jenny Liddle of Halcottsville, NY and Aaron of Jersey City, NJ; six grandchildren; her brother, Robert of Northridge, California and sister Beth of Highland Park, IL; several nieces and nephews, including Danny White and Diane Palazzi, who were reared by Carole and Richard from the time they were ten years old. Her first grandchild, Emily, predeceased her in 1997. In 1998, Carole and Richard relocated from their home of 43 years in Ladentown (Rockland County) New York to Kinderhook in 1998. They maintained a second home in Millbridge, Maine. Funeral Services and Burial were held on Sunday in Kinderhook, NY. Arrangements were with the Bond Funeral Home, Valatie, NY.
