MARGARET O'MALLEY Obituary

Margaret O'Malley, a Greenwich resident, died Sunday, September 25, 2004 at her home. She was 76. Born October 15, 1927 in Dunnellen, NJ, she was the daughter of the late James and Margaret Evers Burbage. Mrs. O'Malley was a Greenwich resident for over 36 years. She worked for Boces as an Executive Secretary and was a parishioner of St. Mary's Church in Greenwich. Mrs. O'Malley was predeceased by her husband, Denis J. O'Malley and her sister, Catherine Kazel. Mrs. O'Malley is survived by her daughter, Deirdre and John Prahm of Falls Church, VA; sons: Denis J. and Maura O'Malley, Jr. of Bridgeport, CT; Christopher and Shelly O'Malley of Mamaroneck, NY; Thomas and Laura O'Malley of Stratford, CT; sisters: Rosaline Burbage of West Palm Beach, FL; Betty Burbage of Bronxville, NY; Sr. Joan Burbage, SC of Riverdale, NY; brothers: Edward Burbage of Pearl River, NJ; Kevin Burbage of Bronx, NY; James Burbage of Bronxville, NY and eight grandchildren: Kevin, Jack, Denis, Brenda, Maggie, Kelly, Matthew O'Malley and Catherine Prahm. Calling hours will be held today from 2-4 and 6-9 pm at the Leo P. Gallagher & Son F.H., 31 Arch Street, Greenwich, CT. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 am on Wednesday, September 29, 2004 at St. Mary's Church, 178 Greenwich Ave., Greenwich, CT. Interment will take place at St. Mary's Cemetery in Greenwich. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Sisters of Charity, Mt. St. Vincent, Riverdale, NY.
