Irene Testa Obituary
Irene Marie Testa, 88, a long time resident of Hastings-on-Hudson passed away suddenly on February 16, 2017. She was born on September 24, 1928 in Manitowoc, Wisconsin. Irene worked as a Registered Nurse for over 40 years at St. Joseph's Hospital in Yonkers and at Andrus Nursing Home in Hastings. She was married to her beloved Vincent Testa for 50 years. Vincent predeceased Irene in 2005. Irene had a passion for traveling, exercising and playing cards. She was also an avid Green Bay Packers fan. Irene was a Parishioner of St. Matthew's R.C. Church in Hastings and enjoyed attending the Masses held there.
She is survived by 3 children: Julie, Paula, and Mark; son-in-law Jim Maciel, sister Evelyn Vitalone, brother-in-law Ralph Testa, and brother-in-law Gabriel Vitalone.

Paula, so very sorry to hear about your Mom's passing. I am sure it is a very painful time for you and your family. Please accept my heartfelt condolences. Since I am in Florida, I cannot be there personally to offer them. Not easy to lose a Mom.
