Grace Neff Obituary

Grace Ann Neff
Grace Ann Neff, known to her friends as Annie or Annabelle, left this world on October 7, 2010 after a lengthy battle with an illness. She was born October 22, 1948 in South Carolina and lived out her life in the Lompoc Valley. She graduated from Lompoc High School and then obtained her degree in cosmetology from Allan Hancock College. Later in life she went on to earn her master's degree in education and teach at the Lompoc Unified School District for a number of years. Annie was a multi-faceted woman whose many interests helped her to make a multitude of friends throughout her life.
She was preceded in death by her father Eldon Neff and mother Beatrice Neff. She is survived by her son Justin Neff, daughter- in-law Aimee Neff, grandson Dexter Neff, sister Sue Schuyler, brother-in-law Lester Schuyler, nephew Ron Schuyler, niece Kristin Schuyler and many friends who were as close as family who are too numerous to list here.
A celebration of life will be held on October 23rd, 2010 at Big Bend Ranch at 12:00pm. The celebration will be a potluck/BYOB celebration.
In lieu of flowers please send donations to the Grace Ann Neff Memorial fund at any Rabobank location.

Annabelle,I remember the times at "The Shanty", parties on Santa Rosa Road and watching Kung Fu at Bonnie's house. Like the song says, "those were the days my friends". Till we meet again, Andy

Dear Sue and family,

The years since high school have zipped by in a blink but the fond memories of Annie will never leave any of us who knew her. Her smile and warm heart were larger than life and she will be missed around Lompoc.

As J.L. Gally said, she WAS the queen of the "TOO MUCH FUN CLUB" and also a great friend to many...may she rest in peace:)

Fondly,

Francine Silva
