Boldrick, Jane Frances  
Boldrick, Jane Frances, 65, passed away on April 23, 2015 after a long battle with Chondrosacroma, a cancer of the pelvic bone. Jane was born on May 26, 1949, in Batesville, IN, the daughter of Edward G. and Frances (Pulskamp) Moeller. She was raised on the family farm along with two brothers and two sisters. She attended Catholic Elementary schools and Oldenburg Academy for High School and earned a B.A. Degree from Purdue University, West Lafayette, IN, and a Masters of Education from Indiana University, Bloomington, IN. Jane is survived by her beloved husband, Rafe; her stepdaughter, Laura Boldrick Johnson and husband Neil, and their twin daughters, Betsy and Quinn who reside in Park City, UT; a stepson, Raphael Boldrick resides in Dickson, TN. She is also survived by two sisters, Jacqueline Moorman (John), Abby (niece), Josh (nephew), of Villa Hills, KY, Patricia Long (George) of Cape Coral, FL, and one brother, Donald Moeller of Amargosa, NV. Her brother Mark predeceased her. She is also survived by a step family consisting of her stepmother, Coletta Leising Moeller, her sons: Ron (Kathy) Leising, William (Cindy) Leising, Thomas (Jenny) Leising, and Coletta's daughters, Judy Leising, and Sandra (Mark) Gutzwiller. A stepbrother, David Leising preceded her in death. Jane taught 2nd Grade at Greensburg Elementary, Greensburg, IN for 37 years. She was proud of her teaching career and often said that she was honored to have had an opportunity to guide so many students, and in many cases, their children. Jane and Rafe moved to The Villages in July, 2008. She worked at the Havana CC Golf Shop since it opened in 2008 and loved talking to the golfers and working with the Havana CC staff. She was a passionate golfer, carding three holes-in-one over an 18 month period on The Villages Championship courses. She was the first player to record a hole- in-one at the new Evans Prairie Golf Course. She took great pleasure in reminding her husband of her three holes-in-one to his lifetime zero. A memorial Mass will be 10 a.m. at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, 5323 E. CR 462, Wildwood, FL, 34785 on Thursday, April 30, 2015 at 10 a.m. with a reception immediately following in the church annex. Following the reception, family members and friends may accompany Jane to Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, FL for services starting at 2 p.m. She will be buried in a Columbarium where she will await the arrival of her husband. Donations may be made to St. Vincent de Paul in Jane's honor in lieu of flowers or Cornerstone Hospice, 601 Casa Bella, The Villages, FL, 32162. Baldwin Brothers Cremation Society, 13753 N. U.S. Highway 441, Lady Lake, FL, 32159 are in charge of the arrangements.

Bolds, D'Arricka, 5, passed away April 29, 2015. She was a student at Maupin Elementary School. Survivors include her mother, Amelia Green; her father, Edtony Tyler; her grandmother, Rosella Green; and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral: 11 a.m. Tuesday at G. C. Williams, burial in Louisville Cemetery, visitation: 9-11 a.m. Tuesday.

Bolte, Mildred A. (Becher), 86, of Ferdinand, IN, passed away Monday April 27, 2015 in Scenic Hills Care Center, Ferdinand. She was the former owner of Bolte Lumber Co. in Ferdinand and was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Arthur, six siblings, and a son-in-law, Steve Stevens. Survivors include her son, Mark Bolte and his wife Mary of Ferdinand, daughter, Connie Higdon and husband Charles of Mt. Washington, KY; six grandchildren; five great-grandchildren, step grandchildren, step-great-grandchildren, and step-great-great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be 10 a.m. EDT Saturday, May 2, 2015 in Saint Ferdinand Catholic Church, with burial to follow in the church cemetery. Friends may call from 2-8 p.m. EDT Friday and 7-9:30 a.m. EDT Saturday at Becher Funeral Home in Ferdinand. Memorial contributions may be made to Saint Ferdinand Church Refresh.

Box, Thomas Edward  
Box, Thomas Edward, 68, passed away April 21, 2015. Born in Bremerton, WA on October 17, 1946, Tom was a son of the late Thomas E. Box and Margaret Mann. Also preceding him in death were a brother Clifford Burk and a brother-in-law Tony Ferguson. He attended and was a graduate of DuPont Manual High School and in 1997 received his BS from Indiana University Southeast. Tom worked 25 years for Bell South and 15 years with Acuative. He was ordained a Permanent Deacon in the Archdiocese of Louisville in 1984, and was assigned to Resurrection Church and presently assigned to both St. Bartholomew and St. Ignatius Parishes. He served his country in the Army during the Vietnam War. Survivors include his wife, Mary E. "Becky" VonBokern Box; three sons, Shannon Box (Brittany), Greg VonBokern and Jamie Box; his little buddy "Kirby"; four grandchildren, Zoe, Shane, Joe and Jacob Box; and four sisters, Sharon Ferguson, Vonda Lockhart (Leland), Velva Thomas (Joe) and Patricia Glotzbach (Chalk). Tom is also survived by several nieces, nephews and their children; a host of family and friends, most especially are the parishioners of St. Bartholomew. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until time of the Mass of Chrisitian Burial at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, April 29, 2015, at St. Bartholomew, 2042 Buechel Bank Road, followed by a reception at the church. A private burial will take place Thursday morning. Ratterman and Sons on Bardstown Road is caring for the family. Memorial gifts may be directed to St. Bartholomew Church or to SEAM, 6500 Six Mile Lane, Louisville, KY 40218.

Brenner, D. Mark  
Brenner, D. Mark, 60, of Louisville, passed away Friday, May, 1, 2015. Mark was retired from sales, but his passion had always been music. Having played the drums for 52 years, he was one of the Louisville area's premier drummers. He had been a member of the Fanatics as well as other local bands. He had attended Southeast Christian Church, where he was part of the Worship Team. He was also Crusade King 1968. He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert O. and Doris Brenner. Mark is survived by his daughter, Megan Beiting (Ted); granddaughter, Brenner Beiting; brother, Terry Brenner (Carol); sisters, Cindy Brenner, Patti Luckett (John) and Traci Clark (Ben); and several nieces and nephews. His service will be 12 noon Wednesday, May 6, 2015 at Owen Funeral Home - Jeffersontown, 9318 Taylorsville Road, with burial to follow in Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday 11 a.m. - 8 p.m. and Wednesday after 10 a.m. until the service at the funeral home. Expressions of sympathy may be made to the American Lung Association.
